Refund policy
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

If the wrong product is received
To return a damaged product, please do not send it back to the manufacturer. Instead, email us at therasaveda@gmail.com or drop a WhatsApp at +91-9996636467. You may be required to provide your receipt number, images and videos for efficient processing of the damaged product redressal.
Due to the nature of our food products, we adhere to a firm NO RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY. However, if you receive a damaged product, we may provide a replacement. To request a resolution for a damaged product, please contact us at therasaveda@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving the item. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Claims will not be accepted if the seal has been broken.
Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to determine if it qualifies for a replacement. We will notify you via email from therasaveda@gmail.com regarding the approval or rejection of your replacement product.
Cancellation by Website:
We retain the authority to cancel any order at our discretion if we detect any fraudulent activity or violation of our terms and conditions. In such instances, we may cancel the order with or without prior notification to the customer. Additionally, we keep a record of fraudulent transactions and customers, and may restrict access or cancel orders placed by them.
Replacements
If your damaged product qualifies for a replacement, we will process and ship the replacement product to you within 10-15 days from the approval date.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the product unless otherwise stated in the approval notification for a damaged product redressal.
