We can place the order on your behalf. Please drop a message on WhatsApp.

Can these pickles reach safely to me in glass jars?

We know that delivery services don't treat shipments kindly enough. That's why we take extra precautions when sending the jar. We have had no complaints till date and no orders have historically reached damaged to the customer.
If that is unfortunately the case with you, we'll replace your pickles free of cost.
We suggest you take a picture of the damaged order, and discard the products.

What is the shelf life of your pickles?

Most of our pickles have shelf life of 12 months which has been described in the website and on the product. We request you to  follow these storage instructions: Please keep the lid tightly closed when not being used. Use a fresh, clean and dry spoon as the pickles are without any preservatives and additives. If you live in area that is extremely humid, we would recommend refrigerating after opening. We strongly advice you to not use a wet spoon under any circumstance.

We have Trade Licence, FSSAI certificates and Lab reports

How does the pickle stay for so long if there are no preservatives?

Traditionally, pickles are made without adding any additives or preservatives to prolong their shelf life. Instead, their durability relies on the quality and correct proportions of ingredients such as oil, salt, and the sun drying process.

Do you use sugar?

We only use jaggery and not white sugar.

Are your products vegetarian?

All our products are vegetarian. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us at therasaveda@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Is your website the only way to buy Rasaveda pickles?

There are various ways to buy the products of Rasaveda. You can place an order on Whatsapp, +91 9996636467. We are also present on Amazon.

How do I pay for my order?

Customers can Prepay for their order using UPI, Credit/ Debit card. 

Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping charges will be calculated based on various factors, including the shipping destination, package weight, shipping method selected, and any applicable promotions or discounts. The shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

When will I receive my order?

Customers who are based within Delhi NCR, their order will be delivered within 7-10 working days, rest of the locations will take 8-12 working days to deliver.

What happens if I am not around when the delivery boy comes to deliver my order?

When customers are unavailable at their given address, we typically contact them and arrange the delivery or a reattempt based on their availability.

How do I track my order?

We provide tracking details to the customers via WhatsApp to track their order.

Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we do deliver PAN India.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we don't ship internationally.

Can I pick up my order from your store?

Currently we don't have a store, but one can pick their order from us in Guwahati if it is urgent. Please note we do not allow anyone inside our premises.

Do you have any discounts?

Yes, we offer seasonal discount codes for customers to use on their orders. You can find the available discounts on our homepage or during the checkout process.

I placed an incorrect order. What should I do?

If you place an incorrect order, please contact Rasaveda by email therasaveda@gmail.com or drop a Whatsapp at +91-9996636467 to update or correct your order. Modifications can only be initiated if we receive your email request within one hour of placing the order or before it has been dispatched.
Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for refunds upon cancellation. If you wish to modify or cancel a pre-paid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the order amount will be issued for use on future orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations can only be processed if we receive your email at therasaveda@gmail.com or drop a Whatsapp at +91-9996636467 and request within one hour of placing the order or before it has been dispatched.
Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for refunds upon cancellation. If you wish to modify or cancel a pre-paid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the order amount will be issued for future use.

I received a damaged product. Can I return or exchange it?

If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it once you send us images as proof. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange it for the same item, please email us at therasaveda@gmail.com with the proof.
