HOW TO STORE ACHAAR/ PICKLES THE RIGHT WAY?

The rule of storing Achaar/pickle is to always store achaars in a dry, clean, airtight glass jar. The enemy of Achaar? Moisture and water- A single drop of water in your achaar/ pickle jar can cause fungus. It is always recommended to keep the jar sealed rightly in a dark and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight on the jar of pickle. Make sure you use a dry spoon every time you take out a spoon for your consumption. Every once in a while, tilt and shake the jar so that the oil is mixed well. This 10 second ritual once in a while will help you increase the life and the flavour of your pickle jar.
